National law firm Freeths has advised Abacus Group, a leading IT Managed Services Provider to financial services firms globally, on its acquisition of Tribeca Technology Holdings, the parent company of Tribeca Technology Ltd.
As an expert in specialised cybersecurity backed by private equity firm FFL, Abacus Group has made this strategic decision to further strengthen its existing capabilities and presence across the UK market. This transaction will see Abacus Group and Tribeca work together to combine their experience, diversify their portfolios and scale their offerings.
The Freeths legal team was led by Corporate Partners Francis Dalton and Malin Svanberg Larsson supported by Managing Associate Ewen Lowrie, Senior Associate Henrietta Rendell and Associate Lottie Beange.
