Subject to the terms and conditions, registrants may request a refund for program cancellations under the following conditions:

1. Cancellation of our service programs is not due to a change of heart or a unilateral decision by the registrant for reasons that are not substantial or without explanation.
2. Refunds are due within 90 days of registration for our service program or before it begins.
3. Refunds for our service program fees will not be granted if claimed more than 3 days after registration or after the start of our service program.

5. Our service program fees will only be refunded after we receive confirmation from the bank, with a 20% deduction for transaction administration fees, which will be charged and processed within 90 business days.
6. If the quota for our service program you have selected is full and you have already registered, we will refund the registration fee, with a 10% deduction for transaction administration fees, which will be charged and processed within 90 business days.
