1. We are a company engaged in Corporate Managed Services & Online Courses. We built this company with the aim of ensuring that our service transformation is distributed effectively and meets customer needs, specifically to support customer activities.
2. We provide targeted information, meaning that our technology transformation is intended for programs that support the effective implementation of activities, whether supporting the private sector or government programs.
3. We accept various payment methods, including bank-to-bank payments, virtual accounts, QRIS, Visa, and Mastercard.
4. We only accept payments in legitimate currencies. This means that we are prohibited from using our services with funds derived from terrorism, corruption, criminal proceeds, money laundering, or other prohibited sources.
5. We only accept funds from the owner themselves and cannot be represented in payment for our services.
6. All transactions using Visa, Mastercard, or other payment processors can only be made by the cardholder and cannot be represented. Our website utilizes 3DS security. Payment must be made by the account holder. Our 3DS security system sends an OTP to each customer’s mobile phone for transaction security.
7. All payments received become the property of the company, and we are not obligated to refund any disputes or chargebacks. Each customer is required to complete the KYC process by filling out the form provided upon ordering to select our services.
8. Refunds are processed within a minimum of 14 business days if a cancellation occurs and the customer confirms the refund.
9. All payments received will be used and distributed to the program selected by the customer.
